Winnie was discarded at the South LA City shelter in pretty bad shape. She was emaciated, and her kidney values were high. Thankfully, with some great care with her foster, she stabilized. Winnie wrapped her little paws around a potential adopter, who is now caring for her as she continues to thrive. We are so happy that Winnie has found her special person and is finally getting the care she deserves.

Our sweet Bijou was rescued from the Lancaster shelter. She unfortunately was diagnosed with a heart based tumor just months after she joined us. Bijou will live out her remaining days as a forever Lovebug with her loving foster family. Our vet gave her a prognosis of a few months, to a few years. The size of her tumor is pretty large, so they think she has lived with it for some time now. Bijou is only 8 years old.
