If interested in adopting one of our available pets, you must complete our ADOPTION APPLICATION. Each application will be reviewed and considered. We will keep this page updated with the status of our dogs. A foster home will contact you if they feel there might be a match. Pets are placed in the home deemed most suitable to meet that pets needs. All adoptable animals have been vetted to include spay/neuter, DHP & Rabies vaccine, microchipped, dewormed and flea treatment. Our dogs are in private foster homes throughout and within driving distance to Orange County, CA. Our adoption fees range from $150 – $600. Our pets/adoption fees can also be viewed on:

Thankfully he quickly became a Lovebug and after a rough few days, he finally got the hang of bottle feeding and really turned the corner. Vinny has been doing amazing in his foster home. He has seen an orthopedic specialist and he will require the remaining of his leg to be surgically amputated. We will do this surgery when Vinny is older and can withstand going through anesthesia and his recovery.

Pebbles arrived at the shelter as a stray, but you would never guess it by her loving nature. She is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and very dog-oriented. She absolutely lights up when meeting new canine friends and is always ready for a playful game of chase. Despite her impressive size, Pebbles is soft and gentle with a tender soul that simply wants to be close to the ones she loves. She can be a bit reserved when meeting new people, but once she warms up she will happily place her big head in your lap for pets and affection.

MEDICAL HOLD – will need leg amputation and luxating patella surgery: Ruby’s story is one filled with heartbreak, resilience, and hope for a brighter future. This brave girl has endured far more than any dog ever should.
Our veterinarian believes Ruby was likely hit by a car, resulting in a traumatic injury to her back left leg that was partially amputated. As if that wasn’t painful enough, Ruby was then confined to a filthy outdoor cage, surrounded by feces and urine, alongside another neglected dog. Both were severely matted and clearly had not received even the most basic care or compassion.
When Ruby arrived with us, she was also carrying an enormous lipoma that covered much of her torso and required urgent surgical removal. Despite everything her body has been through, Ruby continues to show remarkable strength.
Ruby was fitted for a prosthetic for her leg but unfortunately it didn’t solve her issue and she will likely need full amputation of her leg. She also needs LP surgery on her good leg. She has some signs of IVDD which she can do PT for. Ruby recently was diagnosed with a grade 3-4 heart murmur. She’s not in heart failure, but was put on vetmedin to slow the progression of heart disease. She also recently had surgery to repair a fractured portion of her jaw, but unfortunately needs a dental with a specialist to pull the decayed teeth from her mouth. This gal is a true survivor!
Ruby has suffered unimaginable neglect, but she is finally safe, surrounded by people who are committed to giving her the care, dignity, and love she has always deserved.

PENDING ADOPTION: Goldie’s story is one of resilience and quiet strength. She was brought to the shelter alongside her three siblings after being hit by a car, arriving with multiple injuries and facing euthanasia. Thankfully, a compassionate volunteer reached out, and we were able to step in just in time to give this sweet girl the second chance she deserved.
Despite her rough start, Goldie has made an incredible recovery. She underwent FHO surgery and has healed beautifully—now she’s ready to start the next chapter of her life in a loving home.

She can be shy in new environments and when meeting new people, but with a little patience (and a few tasty treats), she warms up and shows her soft, affectionate side. This little powerhouse made his grand entrance via C-section and has been stealing hearts ever since! Born to a beautiful French Bulldog mama, Sherman is a solo pup soaking up all the love and attention.
At just 6 weeks old, he’s already tipping the scales at a whopping 8 lbs — built like a tiny bulldozer with the sweetest squishy body. He looks just like his mama, and he inherited her stunning blue eyes. His unique merle coloring is absolutely show-stopping — a perfect patchwork of smoky grays and inky spots that makes him one of a kind.
Sherman may be young, but he’s mighty — and we can already tell this “Tank” is going to grow into one unforgettable little guy. He’s pretty chill on the home front with little spurts of zoomies and play bows. Sherman loves other dogs and another pooch to pal around would be a plus for him, but isn’t required.
